Bacher received his LL.M. degree in Law and Government from The American University, Washington College of Law in 2005, with a specialization in Business Law. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a Masters' Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University in 2003. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Bacher received a Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, graduating with honors in both Political Science and Rhetorical Communications.

Prior to returning to The Saftler Law Firm as Trial Counsel and Junior Partner, Mr. Bacher was an associate with a prominent defense litigation firm, which handled a variety of civil matters, including labor and construction law, condominium and cooperative law, medical malpractice law, negligence law and automobile accident law.
